What a mesmerizing experience it is to shop at this Wild Bills location! Becka and Shay are phenomenal people! I’m positive that Wild Bill’s Tobacco is honored to have these women employed by them! The customer service is beyond par and there’s always some kind of deal or discount to take advantage of. Highly recommended y’all!
All the employees are very friendly every time I’ve shopped here. Yesterday I stopped in to buy a vape. Although they were out of the vape I typically buy, Adam helped me and he was very knowledgeable! He suggested a couple very similar options; he was able to explain the differences of the coils, power, etc to me which was very helpful and allowed me to select a great back up!
Great selection and even better staff. Kevin and Becky were super friendly. They were very helpful, with so many options, they made it really easy to pick out what I wanted.
I stopped in for advice last week and Joel was very helpful. He recommended a product and it worked well. I went in today to thank him and there were two ladies who were also very helpful in finding some new products. I can't say enough good things about the folks here. Always friendly and knowledgeable.
Had a phenomenal experience as always with Becka and Krissy. These ladies are absolutely incredible and beyond knowledgeable. This store should be number one with it's awesome customer service. Kevin is awesome and beyond friendly, you will get an enthusiastic hi when you come into the store and you are always made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will give this store 5 stars all day and will continue shopping there to get the products I love and need.
