Kevin @the Mason store is the best! Nice, polite and knows his inventory. Hooked me up with awards program, ordered a box of cigars for me and I am always in and out in a flash! Thank you for your assist every time I visit. I always leave pleased.
This is the best shop! I love the Staff here. KEVIN is so awesome and so knowledgeable! Shay is always ready to help! This shop saves me so much money. Love them!
I went into the Mason location again yesterday. The store is always clean & smells so good. Shay, Tom & Kevin were working. Although I was only looking for one vape they let me know it was Wednesday & have deals on this day & I could save a little bit of money if I bought two, with the times we’re in right now a penny saved is a penny earned. This has to be the best Wild Bill’s I’ve been to. Great people & atmosphere. I will ALWAYS choose this store over any other.
Had a phenomenal experience as always with Becka and Krissy. These ladies are absolutely incredible, so friendly, go above and beyond and incredibly knowledgeable. This store should be number one with it's awesome customer service. This store is absolutely a must visit. There has never been a time that I didn't feel welcomed and remembered even by name and is true customer service. I will give this store 5 stars all day long and will continue shopping there to get the products I love and need.
What a mesmerizing experience it is to shop at this Wild Bills location! Becka and Shay are phenomenal people! I’m positive that Wild Bill’s Tobacco is honored to have these women employed by them! The customer service is beyond par and there’s always some kind of deal or discount to take advantage of. Highly recommended y’all!
