Kevin @the Mason store is the best! Nice, polite and knows his inventory. Hooked me up with awards program, ordered a box of cigars for me and I am always in and out in a flash! Thank you for your assist every time I visit. I always leave pleased.

What a mesmerizing experience it is to shop at this Wild Bills location! Becka and Shay are phenomenal people! I’m positive that Wild Bill’s Tobacco is honored to have these women employed by them! Had a phenomenal experience as always with Becka and Krissy. These ladies are absolutely incredible, so friendly, go above and beyond and incredibly knowledgeable. This store should be number one with it's awesome customer service. This store is absolutely a must visit. There has never been a time that I didn't feel welcomed and remembered even by name and is true customer service. I will give this store 5 stars all day long and will continue shopping there to get the products I love and need.
Great selection and even better staff. Kevin and Becky were super friendly. They were very helpful, with so many options, they made it really easy to pick out what I wanted.
