Great service !! Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello at Mason store by everyone. Shayna has great product knowledge and is excellent help with answering questions, making recommendation's and getting the right items when requested. She was instrumental in getting me nicotine only. Specifically one with no flavoring or odor when used and ensure it was available without having to special order each time. A truly great team, focused on customer service at Wild Bills Tobacco in Mason MI.
Came here to get a vape pen thing for my husband on wild bill Wednesday. The staff were right there to get it out of the case for me. I also got a water pipe and its very pretty. Great experience! 10/10 would recommend

We have never had a friendly experience here. The location in Fowlerville is a much better store. It's fully stocked and their customer service is impeccable. We have always felt rushed here and the girls are kind of rude.
Kevin @the Mason store is the best! Nice, polite and knows his inventory. Hooked me up with awards program, ordered a box of cigars for me and I am always in and out in a flash! Thank you for your assist every time I visit. I always leave pleased.
