Kevin @the Mason store is the best! Nice, polite and knows his inventory. Hooked me up with awards program, ordered a box of cigars for me and I am always in and out in a flash! Thank you for your assist every time I visit. I always leave pleased.
The store manager Kevin is a very down to earth person. To be fair I have known Kevin for many years and he has never changed who he is. Much love my friend
Had a phenomenal experience as always with Becka and Krissy. These ladies are absolutely incredible, so friendly, go above and beyond and incredibly knowledgeable. This store should be number one with it's awesome customer service. This store is absolutely a must visit. There has never been a time that I didn't feel welcomed and remembered even by name and is true customer service. I will give this store 5 stars all day long and will continue shopping there to get the products I love and need.
Kevin and Team in Mason are the best! They give the best advice, and are welcoming. What an awesome little shop. Becky and Kevin were working today they are amazing!
