I need to give a huge shout out to Astrid and Joel!! I walked into Wild Bill's tobacco in search of a birthday gift for my husband. They both took the time to help me select cigars to help build the perfect box. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and truly made the experience easy and great! Love coming in here! The ladies, Matt and Sev are awesome and always help me out to get the best deals. I would recommend coming in anytime!
The staff inside are so sweet and patient! One time it took me like five full minutes to make a decision and they were so helpful with brands and flavors and all of that. This is definitely one of the better one in the area!
I came into the shop first thing in the morning, which is unusual for me. I was greeted by sarah and we had a lovely conversation for a few minutes while I browsed. She is very sweet and knowledgeable, I just may come back again in the AM for another chat! :)
The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Joel helped me when I came him and he was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location.
