Hey! I'm Jena, I used to work next door about four weeks ago. This place always has a nice flow of people who come in and I went in today! I was helped by a super nice lady! I needed a new cart battery and she showed me an inexpensive pen that works tremendously! The store was super clean and everything was displayed really really nicely! It's one of the better smoke shops I've been into! Y'all will definitely see more of me! Thanks for the help!!
They are the only place with breezes, so they must be the best shop in the greater Lansing area. The staff is super helpful and kind. They helped me find the right flavor and made the purchase smooth and easy. The nice woman with black hair is extra awesome!!! All around great experience and will be returning
Really Good customer service !!!! Workers Actually care about you at this location !!!!!! All the workers care about what your looking for and are not just worker that treat it like a job. Okemos location is prolly the best wildbills hands down 🔥🔥🔥 Joel is a great worker by the way make sure y’all keep Him and no he did not tell me to say that !!!!!
I need to give a huge shout out to Astrid and Joel!! I walked into Wild Bill's tobacco in search of a birthday gift for my husband. They both took the time to help me select cigars to help build the perfect box. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and truly made the experience easy and great! They have all of my future business. Thank y'all so much!
