On the afternoon of October 7th 2024 I entered the store for the first time in my life and had the absolute best experience I've had in a shop like that in my entire life. All around wonderful service and incredibly kind, fun and helpful employees. I'll always be coming back here for my stuff, and I highly recommend that everyone else does so as well.

Eusebio is one of the most consistently friendly representatives. His impeccable memory of the many different botanical products I buy he remembers every time. I always feel like “THE” customer when checking out. Which if you’ve experienced customer service in any industry these days that’s hard to come by. All of the employees here kick ass!
