I came into the shop first thing in the morning, which is unusual for me. I was greeted by sarah and we had a lovely conversation for a few minutes while I browsed. She is very sweet and knowledgeable, I just may come back again in the AM for another chat! :)
The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Joel helped me when I came him and he was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location.
I had a terrible experience at Wild Bill’s in Okemos today, thanks to an employee named Sarah. She was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in, acting like I was wasting her time just by asking a simple question about a product. Her short-tempered responses made me feel like I was being scolded, and she spoke to me in such a condescending way, as if I was too stupid to understand anything.
