Very good customer service. I would have gave a 5 star review, but they are always out of my kind of vape juice. It is so popular and I wish they would keep more than 1 bottle in stock.
Amazing location great deals. Very kind and friendly staff like Alison who always makes you feel welcome. Speaking of which I had a brain freeze when I was asked the nirvana poser question. I went to “And I love her” (bc that’s my go to sing live) but remembered that’s a Beatles song. So Alison if you’re reading this, It’s probably heart shaped box, drain you, verse chorus verse (for the demos). This location is full of very friendly staff, like Alison, who have far more sociability and charm than I have at work.
Great shop with even better customer service. Sarah has helped me out multiple times and is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She makes the whole experience easy and welcoming, which honestly goes a long way. It’s rare to find service that consistent. Definitely recommend stopping by.
I came here specifically for the special they were having, ‘buy one get one free’! Then they tell me that they only have one left so there is, ‘no get one free’! Still the same price and they weren’t willing to substitute one of the other packs they had of the same brand! WHY even bother having the special when you don’t have enough of the item to ‘get one free’?? Seriously?? Disappointing to say the least and the customer service was horrible from the Manager on duty!!
I have visited this location multuple times and the young lady with long dark hair and glasses is a GEM. Always very friendly and super helpful. They also carry my stock of juice regularly, which is helpful as some of the other locations are perpetually out of stock of my particular brand. Incredible service, clean and organized, great experiences. I'm definitely continuing my relationship with this branch.
