Sarah is the absolute best. Amazing customer service and always going over and beyond. Great store overall, but it’s because of employees like Sarah.
As far as Smoke shops go, kthis spot is top tier. Knowledgeable on pretty much anything in their surprisingly wide selection. Also some of the friendliest folks I've had the pleasure of meeting. PB in specific always recognizes me and my friend and keeps us up to date on what's new. Simply can't go wrong here.
Today was my second time visiting this location and Sev has helped both times and is SO accommodating! He had great recommendations and was willing to help with every question I had. They have many varieties/options of the items they sell and seem very knowledgeable! Definitely one of my favorite locations!
They are the only place with breezes, so they must be the best shop in the greater Lansing area. The staff is super helpful and kind. They helped me find the right flavor and made the purchase smooth and easy. The nice woman with black hair is extra awesome!!! All around great experience and will be returning
Hey! I'm Jena, I used to work next door about four weeks ago. This place always has a nice flow of people who come in and I went in today! I was helped by a super nice lady! I needed a new cart battery and she showed me an inexpensive pen that works tremendously! The store was super clean and everything was displayed really really nicely! It's one of the better smoke shops I've been into! Y'all will definitely see more of me! Thanks for the help!!
