I love coming to this location because they’re always very friendly. You get greeted right away with someone saying hello. They make your experience fast and easy. And are always very helpful. They probably have more workers, but there are three gentleman who always help me and I have no complaints.
By Far the best Wild Bills Store. If I could give 10 stars I would!! All of the store associates are great! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I bought a disposable vape from this store, and it turned out to be defective right out of the box. When I went back for help, they didn’t even try to resolve the issue. What’s worse is that the manager herself was on the counter and acted incredibly rude and dismissive. They’re only nice to you when you’re spending money, once you have a problem, they want nothing to do with it. The salesman at the counter recognized that the better person to answer my question was the store manager Gary and he was right. Not only did Gary answer my question, but he took me on a guided tour through the humidor providing recommendations as well. He also went a step further to enlighten me on the deals that were present this week so I scored a few freebies that corresponded to my purchase of a 10 count cigar box.
I had a small hiccup with a purchase. I sent an email and was responded back the next day. The gentleman called my location and instructed them about my issue. I received a full replacement and an upgrade to a more expensive brand. I also was given a number to call for any further issues. Very impressed by the customer service!
