I love coming to this location because they’re always very friendly. You get greeted right away with someone saying hello. They make your experience fast and easy. And are always very helpful. They probably have more workers, but there are three gentleman who always help me and I have no complaints.
I went to this location for the first time, and everyone is super friendly. Khloe helped me find what I was looking for extremely fast, she is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk too. Will most definitely becoming back to this location just because of that reason!
Every employee I have interacted with at this store has been incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant, even over the phone. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me last time (Crystal, perhaps? Definitely started with a K sound... Damnit, sorry.) - she spent a long time on the phone with me to locate a few specific e-liquids and set them aside for me, and was as nice as can be about it (despite how annoying I think I must have been). Great place to shop. I went in and was greeted by Korah. She was able to assist with some questions I had and shared her knowledge about the products. I definitely left with more than I came for.
Out of all the dozens of smoke shops this is by far the best place to go to. Great prices and deals on certain things buy one and get 1/2 off- they have a huge selection of everything! Big big shout out to Valerie- she has been there only a short time and prior to this there was one girl that was not very pleasant so for awhile I stopped going and when I returned I was informed she was moved to another location I believe.
