I had a small hiccup with a purchase. I sent an email and was responded back the next day. The gentleman called my location and instructed them about my issue. I received a full replacement and an upgrade to a more expensive brand. I also was given a number to call for any further issues. Very impressed by the customer service!

Went in with my bf to get the latest vape for him and a few Incense text for me. The staff were amazing professional. I would truly give them more stars than just five I would highly recommend this location. Even the manager was awesome.
