Store always has a wide selection of vape's and pouch packs as my husband changes brands often.. employees are always nice and very helpful. Thank you for being patient with me as I take forever to choose my flavors!
I love coming to this location because they’re always very friendly. You get greeted right away with someone saying hello. They make your experience fast and easy. And are always very helpful. They probably have more workers, but there are three gentleman who always help me and I have no complaints.
I went to this location for the first time, and everyone is super friendly. Khloe helped me find what I was looking for extremely fast, she is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk too. Will most definitely becoming back to this location just because of that reason!
I had a small hiccup with a purchase. I sent an email and was responded back the next day. The gentleman called my location and instructed them about my issue. I received a full replacement and an upgrade to a more expensive brand. I also was given a number to call for any further issues. Very impressed by the customer service!
Every employee I have interacted with at this store has been incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant, even over the phone. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me last time (Crystal, perhaps? Definitely started with a K sound... Damnit, sorry.) - she spent a long time on the phone with me to locate a few specific e-liquids and set them aside for me, and was as nice as can be about it (despite how annoying I think I must have been).
