Eric was amazing! He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to help us out. A 10 out of 10!!! I ONLY get my stuff here. I've been in Michigan for 15 months and have not gone anywhere else. I actually look forward to going there. In a world seriously lacking in customer service, they are a breath of fresh air. Especially Teresa and Sam. They are always cheerful and fun to interact with. Great job, all around
The staff is AMAZING here! I always get greeted with a smile by Kaye or Eric and they’re always so helpful. They usually have what I like in stock and if they don’t, they’re incredibly helpful with ordering or recommending a new product. My fav wild bills!
Most welcoming staff out of all smoke shops I know for sure. These guys never disappoint in their selection/if they don’t have something in stock it’ll be in stock asap. Highly recommend these guys!
Amazing staff and wonderful store with very good selection. Adam & Theresa are always so friendly and welcoming as are Sam, Eric, Kay and the rest of the crew. I highly recommend stopping by!
