Hailey was VERY helpful, and very nice! I needed a specific thing and called and she checked for me, when I got there she awnsered all the questions I had, was patient. Amazing customer service! I will never go to the Miller rd store again due to their rudeness and lack of supply of everything.
Been going to this spot for quite a while now and can honestly say I've never had a bad experience, customer wise. The guy rocking the Norse beard (Mike) is usually there every time and I must say this dude is the epitome of flawless customer service! I would highly recommend this Wild Bills location over Clio or Miller Rd honestly
MIKE! If anyone is looking for a solid dude that’s not gonna ignore nor pressure you, and actually give you his help, and knowledge. I can go in there whenever, get exactly what I want without feeling that Used car salesman type pressure/rushed, I’ll probably learn a thing or two that I didn’t know, and ultimately make the right decision with my purchase. Mike was super friendly he answered all the questions I had about different vape brands and flavors! He was super patient with me ! He was super friendly! He was a great help ! I definitely will be coming back !!
Love going into this smoke shop. Everyone is always super friendly especially the bearded guy. Always upbeat and super friendly. Been to others this one in my hometown is the best as far as I'm concerned.
