I had such an amazing experience, picking out a gift for someone. The store is very clean and organized and they have a gigantic selection. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Kaitlin was so nice and spent so much time helping me. I had an excellent experience here!

Always a fantastic experience at wild bills, staff is plenty knowledgeable on their products, always have a smile on their face do their best to make your visit pleasant! Excellent selection of vapes, glass, tobacco, cigars, everything you’d want out of a smoke shop and more!

Annie is so pleasant and cheerful when I stop in no matter what day of the week because I make weekly visits very seldom I miss her. When you have had a rough day she somehow makes it better. Before her I dealt with some pretty rude employees but since she came to the store it has been so much better.

Good quality customer service that feels genuine is unfortunately something of the past that you really come across anymore. The lady at the front desk who assisted me was extremely kind helpful and provided overall exceptional customer service which stands out in today's retail stores. Five stars to her

I always love going in to Wild Bill’s. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly and always help with a smile. Today (and at my previous visit) I was helped by Chapin! Love her and love her name too! Thanks for everything.
