I love this store but the employees need to be more educated on products. There were at least 4 different products I was told you didn't have that I ended up finding myself. One of the items we originally couldn't find and the other employee ( looked like maybe a manager/supervisor) offered no help whatsoever.
Annie Kaitlin. These women are awesome. They deserve at least something for their work. I like coming here Kaitlin has a heart and a nice heart. Now Annie is nice cheery and a great Yeah, very professional and sweet my name is Steve Beard. This is definitely a thumbs up.👍
Wild Bill's had the exact items I wanted and they had them at the price I expected to pay. Kaitlin was my customer service person. She did an excellent job locating my brand and she was courteous and very helpful for me and other customers who shopped there as I did.
Kaitlin took great care a of me on my first visit here. She was helpful and insightful on all of the products I asked her about. I highly recommend.
Such an awesome shop! They helped me put together a birthday surprise for my husband. Walking in not knowing much- was walked around the shop showing me the perfect gifts! Annie was super smiley and sweet!
