With our new staff I think that people will really like it. We have a glass specialist who works 5 days a week, we have myself who knows a lot about glass, not everything but a lot, our assistant manager is one of the nicest women I have ever met and she does so much to help customers it’s amazing actually. Our general manager is one of the guys that will do anything to have you leave a happy customer. Please come check us out and let me know what you guys think!
they mess there loyal customers around to much
This store is an absolute joke. I needed a new coil for my vape but, had to work. My boyfriend who does not vape offered to go get me a new one but, I needed to tell him which one he needed to get- So, I just sent him here with my vape and told him that once seeing the tank they will know (to make it easier on him). He told me that Katie and Brandon were the ones that helped him. Not once, not twice but,THREE different times they gave my boyfriend the wrong coil. Terrible service. They are not focused on customer and customer needs at all. They are not good at explaining their products that they carry at all. They are more worried about using their personal vapes and talking about their after hours activities. I highly recommend going someplace else for your Vape, Tobacco and other needs.
Every time I go in there the staff is so under trained they always sell me the wrong sized item or completely wrong item
