Nice, large and well stocked humidor. Were running a BOGO Sale on a wide variety of mix & match cigars too. 2 premium sticks for like $12 is hard to beat.
Terrible people and unprofessional. I walked in the door and they immediately told me I was under age and couldn’t be in there (except I’m 29). I offered my id and they wouldn’t even look at it. As I was leaving the lady said it’s the law to not allow people underage in and this wasn’t an environment for young people. I kept telling her I’m not and trying to hand her my id. Love this place even if I have to drive half an hour one way. They always have what I need and always fast and friendly people. Highly recommend it.
Wild Bills (HL) is by far the best tobacco shop we’ve ever had in this town. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection of products far exceeds any tobacco shop in Houghton Lake. I asked about a new product that was getting popular, the next week they were fully stocked with every flavor/strength and size available. Awesome service to Houghton Lake.
The holiday hours on the door and online say they are open today (Xmas Eve) 9a - 6p and after driving from West Branch to go there, they are closed! If you say you will be open you should be open! Please don’t tell me you closed because of a snow storm because we live in Northern Michigan! This is nothing and it didn’t even snow more last night. Not happy!
