I stopped in to get a celebratory cigar for my brother having his baby. The staff (Brittany) was very helpful with selection. I dont smoke, she was very knowledgeable and kind. She assisted me with everything I needed. Top tier service 10/10

LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! Brittany and Justin have ALWAYS went over the top to help me, ALWAYS! I could give you countless examples, but you should just trust me. Go in there! Don't be afraid to ask them questions or for their opinions. They've never once steered me in the wrong direction. Not once!
An absolute embarrassment of a store. I presented a valid international passport proving I’m over 21. That wasn’t good enough. I then offered multiple forms of ID: my Polish national ID card, my EU driver’s license, even my ESTA travel authorization. Still refused. The reason? ‘Your photo looks too young.’ Seriously? I came with more legal documents than most citizens could provide — and I was still treated like a criminal.
