They never have my pods in stock. I bought my vape from them and Wild Bills all around the region consistently never had the pods in stock for the vapes that they sell, and it's been like this for many many years. I'm done giving this chain my money and I'll be buying my pods online (Wild Bills doubles the price of pods in the store anyway) and getting juice from somewhere else. Super sweet store! Staff is always really nice, Justin and Austin always help me find really cool stuff and are very knowledgeable on what they are selling. They have super cool glassware and every time I go in there I’m getting a deal on something I’m buying.
I really appreciate when a company stands up for their products, I buy a vape every week, it usual last for 7 or 8 days, I bought 1 that only lasted for 2 days and when I told the employee about it she replaced it no with no problems, I am so impressed with their customer service, I never see that anymore. I stopped in to get a celebratory cigar for my brother having his baby. The staff (Brittany) was very helpful with selection. I dont smoke, she was very knowledgeable and kind. She assisted me with everything I needed. Top tier service 10/10
