Went in to get a couple batteries for my 510’s was told and reassured that the $10 grab bags would have better batteries in it and that the bags above it would to so I say eh screw it and bought a $10 bag and a $40 bag neither of them had the batteries they were talking about, $10 on the left pile $40 on the right pile only things missing from the pics is a metal tray matching the sticker in the $10 bag and a “premium” glass tray from $40 bag, and 2 little silicone wax jars but the socks may have been in the $40 bag, all in ... read more
Always fantastic and friendly service! This morning, a customer in front of me started making a big deal about supposed issues with his rewards points and the sweet girl working handled it with a smile. He was even accusing a manager of stealing his rewards points, which seems crazy! There were a handful of us waiting and she handled it perfectly getting through the rest of us after he finally left.
Ceejay was awesome!!! Have been a customer at Wild Bills in Muskegon for a long time and never knew about your rewards program until I was waited on by Ceejay today. He was super friendly and patiently walked me through the entire sign up process. Thanks Ceejay. Great customer service!!!
I just came back from visiting Michigan & this was definitely one of my favorite stops! Such a wide selection many of which California doesn’t have that i’ll now be obsessing over lol. The worker i believe her name was Lydia went above and beyond with her customer service. she took genuine interest in helping me knowing i was on vacation and definitely helped stock me up for the remainder of my trip. Thank you Lydia! The store was nice & clean as well that’s always much appreciated. Cheers Michigan! Till next time.
