I visited the Holland Location for the first time today, after having been to another of their locations several times. I meet Kaylee who welcomed me warmly, introduced herself and asked how she could help me. She is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and the store was great as well. I will always go to this location now, because of Kaylee. I look forward to seeing her again. 😊
Love this store! First of all, they have printed cones which is a huge plus. I love a cute print and they had a large variety to choose from. The staff helped me pick out a new nicotine vape while I was there. I normally go for the Breeze Pro Strawberry Mint, but they turned me onto the Mr. Vapor Arctic Sour Strawberry and I’m obsessed. I think it has a much better hit and I love that I can adjust the Arctic and Nicotine levels separately. Along with having a battery and “juice” display. Ceejay was extremely informative and had a lot of cigar knowledge. He pointed me in the direction I preferred on taste and I'm very grateful for it. The employees are kind and a welcoming environment.
