I stopped in there today for the first time ever. I was looking for a new store to frequent after the one I normally go to closed. When I stopped in I was helped by a you lady named Natalie. She was so sweet and helpful. Very knowledgeable about stuff. She was very very helpful. I will definitely be going back. Customer service is most important to me and she has it. Clean store, friendly staff. Ru is amazing - she really takes the time to talk to you and make sure you are leaving with exactly what you need. Even with flavor selection, she wants to know your preferences to ensure she's giving you a recommendation that fits YOU.
One of the best vape/smoke shops I've been too. Staff is very knowledgeable, especially Ru. Ru has clearly taken the time to know and understand her products, easily answering any questions one might have in detail. Definitely my go to.
I want to commend the awesome employee, Natalie, for going above and beyond in customer service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about vapes. She made sure I knew what I was buying and answered any questions I had.
Awesome store and even better staff! Huge selection of vape juice! Ru is always super helpful with anything I need. They whole staff is great and they're the main reason I come back.
