Not my best experience. I entered the store on Black Friday with the intention of purchasing a Vape Mod. My Smok was in rough shape and needed to be replaced. A week earlier I had been in for juice and the clerk had informed me about the Black Friday sale. He gave me a pamphlet. When I returned for the sale the same clerk stepped up to assist me, but before we got too far into things a woman entered the store with a loud voice and a broken glass bong. The Wild Bill's Tobacco in Cheboygan is a fantastic store, always clean and well-stocked. The selection is great, but the customer service is what really sets this location apart. Specifically, I want to mention the outstanding service from Brian. He does an excellent job assisting customers; he's knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help find exactly what you need. His professionalism and helpful attitude make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!
This is a very well stocked wild bills they have all the tobacco and other related items . With an extensive selection cigars and cigarellos, vapes and dips if you have one of these vises go to wild bills they have the best prices !!!
What a clean store and very nice employees. Devin helped me out and really seemed to know his stuff and was so pleasant to interact with and extremely genuine. I wish all stores were like the cheboygan wild bills tobacco!!! GREAT JOB YOU ROCK 👍
