The Wild Bill's Tobacco in Cheboygan is a fantastic store, always clean and well-stocked. The selection is great, but the customer service is what really sets this location apart. Specifically, I want to mention the outstanding service from Brian. He does an excellent job assisting customers; he's knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help find exactly what you need. His professionalism and helpful attitude make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!
Wild bills is the worst tobacco store ever. Sweet fire is so much better. Better people and better experience. The only guy that was worth anything is gone. He made the store feel like a great place and I was always happy shopping there.The kid and the new store manager are rude and not as knowledgeable as the other guy. I think his name was Travis if I'm not mistaken. They got rid of the best employee they had
Not my best experience. I entered the store on Black Friday with the intention of purchasing a Vape Mod. My Smok was in rough shape and needed to be replaced. A week earlier I had been in for juice and the clerk had informed me about the Black Friday sale. He gave me a pamphlet. When I returned for the sale the same clerk stepped up to assist me, but before we got too far into things a woman entered the store with a loud voice and a broken glass bong. A commendable young man provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I acquired all necessary items. His demeanor was both courteous and professional. I extend my gratitude. WOW!!!! NOT ONLY IS THIS THE BEST TOBACCO STORE IT'S THE BEST STORE EVER. IT'S SO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME, DEVIN, WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL.
