Aaron and Karen at Wild Bills Tobacco in Kalkaska were and are the greatest. They were very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. They were also very patient. I asked a lot of questions and took a long time to make up my mind on what I wanted.
I've been a Wild Bill's customer for about 8 months or so, and i visit them all over Michigan due to work travel. Aaron at the Kalkaska location (which is my home base) was the first WB employee to ask me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program. Of course, I joined, and it shaved a couple bucks off my tab. He also said there would be more discounts to come in the future. Cheers Aaron!
Ashley and Karen had phenomenal customer service, good attitudes for both of them. They assisted me and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Great employees
Karen is my absolute favorite worker in the kalkaska store! This lady knows my order as soon as I pull in. Thats so refreshing and appreciated!
