I found my experience at kalkaskas wild bills location to be both enjoyable and inviting. Karen , the assistant manager was attentive from the moment I entered the store to moment we completed my purchase. All of my questions about the products I was looking at were knowledgeably answered she made the experience one that will keep me returning to this location time and again.
99% of the time I have nothing but a great experience. Everyone in the Kalkaska store is great! Unfortunately, the last few times they haven’t had what I needed. They have tried and ordered the product that we use regularly, but when it continuously doesn’t show up on the truck, you guys are losing out on money. 🤷♀️
I frequent this location, and Amanda is always great! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Goes above and beyond and always gives excellent customer service.
Kalkaska store is my favorite one to visit! Amanda has always been personable and very helpful. The store has a great selection and always do there best to be stocked up.
