99% of the time I have nothing but a great experience. Everyone in the Kalkaska store is great! Unfortunately, the last few times they haven’t had what I needed. They have tried and ordered the product that we use regularly, but when it continuously doesn’t show up on the truck, you guys are losing out on money. 🤷♀️
The woman working Wednesday 11/6/24 is so sweet! They didn’t have my favorite product on the shelves but they happened to have some behind the counter set aside that the person never came to pick up. I was so appreciative that she was able to sell those to me, it made my day! Everyone here is always so kind & helpful! I appreciate you guys :)
Love this place! The manager and assistant manager are so helpful and respectful, every time i go in they go out of their way to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Great customer service!!
I frequent this location, and Amanda is always great! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Goes above and beyond and always gives excellent customer service.
2 bucks more for most products than any of the TC locations. And the service leaves much to be desired from the manager?! Lazy. Will watch people line up and not assist her csrs. Hard pass.
