Aleisha and the other employee were both very friendly and helpful. I actually shop at two different locations (Ionia and Lowell) and all the employees I've done business with are stellar.
I wanted to let you know, that your employee's are fantastic. The store looks like a pristine showroom,& it smells amazing too. They are always so friendly and asking if we have found what we are looking for. On our travels we have been to several Wild Bills. But they are nothing like your amazing crew in Ionia ,Mi. Trent was awesome to work with! He helped me find a few good options for cigars to celebrate a great month when I know little to nothing about cigars! He was very friendly and helpful with all of my purchases today, shout out to Trent!
