I wanted to let you know, that your employee's are fantastic. The store looks like a pristine showroom,& it smells amazing too. They are always so friendly and asking if we have found what we are looking for. On our travels we have been to several Wild Bills. But they are nothing like your amazing crew in Ionia ,Mi. I stopped in to purchase some vapes for the first time at this store this evening. It was close to closing time, but the 2 ladies working told me I didn't need to rush and we're very helpful making suggestions on flavors they had gotten good feedback on. I will definitely be going back. Great place!
Never have had a good experience in a wild bills but i decided to try again at this location and I had my ID out and ready and the lady refused to sell it to me even though I had a VALID drivers license and I am 24 years old. Never again will i step foot in a Wild Bills I have nothing but terrible experiences especially with the cashier who had to have been close to my age
