I will start by saying, I frequently shop at wild bills and go out of my way to go to one if I am not in my home area. But after the poor customer experience I received from this location from the manager on duty, which was Mona, I’m not sure if I am positive on staying devoted to Wild Bill’s. The unprovoked disrespect towards myself and my fiancé was completely unjustifiable. I truly hope Wild Bill’s does something about this manager.

The customer service here is great. Mona, Donald, Andrew and Ryan are always super friendly and ready to help. Most of them know what you want the moment they see you and Mona orders based on customer needs. Can’t recommend more.

Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time they always have what I want and way more selections than any other smoke shops in Detroit highly recommend there is no smoke shop like wild bills
