I’m newer to this area and have tried a few different smoke shops trying to find the best one, and i finally found my favorite today. all of the employees were super helpful & friendly. there was one employee who specifically was helping me out, i believe her name was cassidy. she was super knowledgeable and friendly with me and helped me pick out some stuff! the shop seems very clean and well laid out as well.
Cassidy is amazing! Came here after an appointment. She was very knowledgeable in what products other customers like when I wanted to try something new. Glad I was able to have her point me in the right direction. Can tell she loves her job!
Amazing customer service and great people! I bought a torch that had a manufacturing defect. When I brought it back they noticed the defect right away and provided me with some options. I was able to make an exchange. Super pumped with how they handled the situation and would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
