I went into Wild Bills Tobacco in Negaunee today I was greeted by Kat as I walked in. She helped me pick out a vape that was perfect. But that's not even the good part. I was having a rough day, and she could tell when I walked in. She offered to listen to my problems. She said i'm here for you. She is a genuinely good person at heart. Awesome store. Largest Kratom selection I have seen anywhere. Cassidy was an absolute pleasure to work with. It is evident that she really enjoys her job. Make sure and drop by for a great experience!
Cassidy is outstanding and is the light of this location! Very hard worker, kind to all customers, and overall clearly dedicated to her job! Her love for where she works shows by how she treats everyone who comes to that location the exact same, with kindness!
This location is worth passing by others. Easily the best customer service. And since I know what I don't like they always pair me with new things I enjoy. And they open it and throw away all that packaging. Other stores could learn a lot from shopping here.
