I went into Wild Bills Tobacco in Negaunee today I was greeted by Kat as I walked in. She helped me pick out a vape that was perfect. But that's not even the good part. I was having a rough day, and she could tell when I walked in. She offered to listen to my problems. She said i'm here for you. She is a genuinely good person at heart. She really made my day and changed my whole outlook at that moment. I went in and was greeted by Cassidy! She was super helpful and had a lot of knowledge about everything they have to offer. The customer service is always phenomenal and keeps me coming back!
This location is worth passing by others. Easily the best customer service. And since I know what I don't like they always pair me with new things I enjoy. And they open it and throw away all that packaging. Other stores could learn a lot from shopping here.
Great experience! Super wide selection! Cassidy was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I got the best deal possible and was so patient with my indecisiveness. Such a large selection and sooo many cute products. Ended up leaving with a teddy bear shaped silicone bowl and a bowl mug that looks like ice cream
I'm a big cigar person. I love this locations selections of cigars as well as their selection of discounted cigars! I also have to give a shout out to Kat who not only talked with me about cigars, but also got me some Upsetters in the store! I go to school in SC and haven't had them and Kat was so kind and interested in getting them! Lo and behond a week later they were in stock! Love that the folks here listen to their customers and help cigar folks both find their tastes and also help them get cigars that they enjoy!
