I’m newer to this area and have tried a few different smoke shops trying to find the best one, and i finally found my favorite today. all of the employees were super helpful & friendly. there was one employee who specifically was helping me out, i believe her name was cassidy. she was super knowledgeable and friendly with me and helped me pick out some stuff! the shop seems very clean and well laid out as well.
Amazing customer service and great people! I bought a torch that had a manufacturing defect. When I brought it back they noticed the defect right away and provided me with some options. I was able to make an exchange. Super pumped with how they handled the situation and would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
Dustin,Garrett and Chris were all working they were extremely helpful in getting me what I need and Chris was doing an awesome job on inventory. Would recommend this store to anybody who is looking to purchase vape products or smoking products very helpful staff and a great experience
Kat and employees are always super friendly. The prices are better here than at the Marquette store. Love, love Negaunee Wild Bills!
The store was great had exactly what I needed that other smoke shops didn’t have, my main reason for writing the review is the staff member Cassidy she was a huge help she answered all of my questions and even gave me recommendations based on my questions, definitely would say she went above and beyond. 100% recommend this shop.
