I went into Wild Bills Tobacco in Negaunee today I was greeted by Kat as I walked in. She helped me pick out a vape that was perfect. But that's not even the good part. I was having a rough day, and she could tell when I walked in. She offered to listen to my problems. She said i'm here for you. She is a genuinely good person at heart. She really made my day and changed my whole outlook at that moment. I went in and was greeted by Cassidy! She was super helpful and had a lot of knowledge about everything they have to offer. The customer service is always phenomenal and keeps me coming back!
This location is worth passing by others. Easily the best customer service. And since I know what I don't like they always pair me with new things I enjoy. And they open it and throw away all that packaging. Other stores could learn a lot from shopping here.
