I went into Wild Bills Tobacco in Negaunee today I was greeted by Kat as I walked in. She helped me pick out a vape that was perfect. But that's not even the good part. I was having a rough day, and she could tell when I walked in. She offered to listen to my problems. She said i'm here for you. She is a genuinely good person at heart. Cassidy is outstanding and is the light of this location! Very hard worker, kind to all customers, and overall clearly dedicated to her job! Her love for where she works shows by how she treats everyone who comes to that location the exact same, with kindness!
Edit to review: I was contacted via email and voicemail and asked to edit my review to inform that the situation was being handled. As of this moment, I still do not have the money back from the double charge. I was told they are reviewing the charge to be sent back to me. I’m sure it takes a day or two to come back, so I’m just patiently waiting. And I would have updated on my own when it was actually resolved, but was asked to do it now. Great experience! Super wide selection! Cassidy was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I got the best deal possible and was so patient with my indecisiveness. Such a large selection and sooo many cute products. Ended up leaving with a teddy bear shaped silicone bowl and a bowl mug that looks like ice cream
