The Pittsfield Wild Bill's is the only place I go for cigarettes. Their hours are convenient, the location is close to where I live and my job. The cigarettes are fairly priced in relation to every other place that sells tobacco. They have a great selection of tobacco-related products. I've been going there since I moved to this area years ago, and there's no reason for me to go anywhere else.
Excellent service. Always have what I need. Entire staff here is always super friendly and courteous. Today Jacob was an extremely professional employee and gave me great service.
Went in to buy a mango flavored disposable. Employee confidently told me mr vapor ultra tropic sun is mango-pineapple flavored. I bought it thinking he knew what he was talking about. That vape is banana and melon flavored. Yuck! He asserted it says it's mango pineapple but there is nowhere that says that. I don't appreciate being lied to and I don't appreciate employees footing their mistakes onto the customer.
Jaia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This shop is easy to maneuver and has everything you need. I will definitely be back! Everyone reading this should know they have a 4/20 sale on April 19th!
Jaia was amazing! Got my exactly what I wanted under my budget and let me know about promotions and events. She deserves a raise. It's been a while since I've had such excellent service and I certainly wasn't expecting to find that at a smoke shop.
