All the good personable employees are gone. Give your customers receipts every time they purchase something if you’re going to pretend like they didn’t just buy the thing from you yourself a day ago. Untrustworthy and sketchy vibes from this management I’ve been to all the stores. A2 Yspi Belleville are all much better.
I’ve had a really great shopping experience anytime i go into the store I’m always greeted and helped with a smile and great recommendations. any time Jaia helps me she always has great recommendations on different products and she knows what she is talking about!
Absolute trash and scammy people here. They tell you whatever to sell their product and then won't honor their return policy. They're never stocked. They talked me into buying a vape I wasn't sure I'd like but they said I could return for store credit if I didn't like it. Went back in 15 min later because the vape was awful. I was denied any return or store credit and they acted like they had no recollection of the conversation we had JUST had. Don't waste your time or money here.
