Do NOT shop here. I’ve been buying products at this store since literally the first day that it opened. One day all the cool employees were gone and a very rude manager is the only guy that’s ever there. He sold my dad a broken vape twice and last week he sold me the wrong pods despite me asking over 3 times if they were the right ones. I have countless more bad experiences with this store and have heard plenty more from others. I always go to this location because the employees are so knowledgeable and so helpful! I was in the market for a new device today and needed some guidance and Jake and Micah were incredible, as always! They made sure I was happy with my purchase and got the best deal possible!
I have only ever seen the manager working. I can’t remember his name but he is amazing! Extremely personable and on top of every product I have had questions about. Recommended to me the Geek bars and I am a concert. Can’t go wrong here.
I go between this location and the Tecumseh location and I have to say I LOVE the employees at both. Saline is very helpful, they are always super nice and the one guy always compliments me when I’m in there, whether it’s my nail color or my boots lol. And I love it. They are patient when I’m indecisive and always very kind. The two employees working tonight 1/24 at like 7ish pm are the absolute best. But I’d say they are all a 5 star for me :-)
Love going here, they have way more stuff available here across all wild bill locations in MI! Both jakes helped me find everything I needed! 10/10 recommend again!
