I just bought a automatic cigarette roller used literally 4 times & it broke. I know how to use one property I was denied flat out a refund or even an exchange. keep in mind we've spent thousands of dollars there over the years between glass n smokes etc. They just lost a good customer. over that . I even have the receipt. Poor customer service and poor business policy.
