Bay Road Location : always wonderful, always good music…credit/debit machine malfunctioning makes me sad. Regardless, lovely atmosphere and kind employees. Thank you for providing a good, clean, energetic feeling space as always
The store is fantastic, offering a wide selection of roll your own tobacco and wraps. They have many varieties of water bongs and vaporizers. Amber is always extremely helpful; one day, I left my Drivers license in my other coat pocket, but she assured me not to worry because she recognizes me. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other employees there, but they are still respectful and kind.
Good clean place nice staff. The manager even offered me wipes to clean up my child who made a mess of herself in are car. She also goes above and beyond offering to bring items out to car for people who have kids and don't want to go through getting kids in and out. Great service thanks.
Kacie is amazing! Great customer service and half of the time I don’t have to tell her why I’m there! She already knows. As a manager I would absolutely feel privileged to have her as an associate.
I do wish there was a wider variety of cigars available in the cigar range. Despite that, I always receive excellent customer service from Kacie whenever I visit your Bay Rd location (#173). Kacie is always knowledgeable and helpful to assist me in finding what I’m looking for, and she has made some great cigar suggestions for me to try. I truly appreciate the level of service I receive from this location. This is the only place I go to for my cigars.
