This store is Professional Managed ! They simply take care their customer base because they care! Every time I go in they greet me with a smile and say how is your day and how can I help you!!!! They order products for me and when they arrive they are on the phone to inform me that my order has arrived! Definitely recommend this Wild Bills Store! Kacie at the Bay Road location is awesome! I quit smoking cigarettes a month ago and switched to vapes. I was buying this one brand that last me a week, but she encouraged me to try a different style that has 3 times more puffs than the brand I was currently using, and the price difference was only $3. Thank you Kacie for being the first employee to speak to me and get me a better brand!! I’ll always come to this location from now on 👍
