I absolutely love wild bills, tobacco shop. I had a great experience working with Chris, he has the best personality. He’s so friendly and very accommodating. Each visit I’ve had to wild bills tobacco has always been an uplifting experience as all of the service reps provide the best customer service. They know their products very well and I’m overall pleased with this place. Highly recommend it 10 out of 10.
Chris was very helpful and very friendly. This man deserves a raise! His store was out of the product I was looking for, and he went out of his way to research other stores stock, and let me know which ones had what I needed. I will be a returning customer.
The staff is dedicated, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Sanchez always makes me feel appreciated and wanted as a customer, which is rare to find! He goes the extra mile every time and has has surprised me numerous times with his dedication to customer service. I have been shopping this location for nearly 20 years and highly recommend giving Sanchez and the rest of the staff your business.
