Awesome customer service and tons of products to choose from! Sanchez helped me today and was incredibly helpful, Informative, and patient with all of my questions. This place rocks!!!! Edit: This is my go-to vape shop. Chris and the crew are awesome, super helpful, & very friendly. They also have a ton of products available, so much tonchoose from! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Just left Wild Bill’s and, man, I gotta say it I’ve never had a bad experience there. Every time I walk in, the dudes working are mad knowledgeable, super helpful, and actually know their shit. No weird energy, no pressure, nothing, they just make you feel comfortable right away and get you exactly what you need. Real solid crew over there. If you’re thinking about going, do it. Always a good experience.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Derek who promptly explained different sales for today. After Sanchez rang up my purchase he offered to open the package for me and presented it to me. After I left, Sanchez called to inform me that I left my card at the store and he put it to the side for me. From the moment I stepped in the door these gentlemen made me feel as if I walked into a 5 star restaurant with impeccable staff. Very accommodating.
I visited Wild Bill's in Sterling Heights Michigan on January 2, 2026. I received excellent customer service from the point of entry to the point of sale. It's refreshing to have staff that is interested in ensuring that you are satisfied with your product selection. Thank you!
