Just left Wild Bill’s and, man, I gotta say it I’ve never had a bad experience there. Every time I walk in, the dudes working are mad knowledgeable, super helpful, and actually know their shit. No weird energy, no pressure, nothing, they just make you feel comfortable right away and get you exactly what you need. Real solid crew over there. If you’re thinking about going, do it. Always a good experience.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Derek who promptly explained different sales for today. After Sanchez rang up my purchase he offered to open the package for me and presented it to me. After I left, Sanchez called to inform me that I left my card at the store and he put it to the side for me. From the moment I stepped in the door these gentlemen made me feel as if I walked into a 5 star restaurant with impeccable staff. Very accommodating.
New to Mr.Vapor brand and Chris was very helpful in helping me make a great selection. He gave his honest opinions. Very friendly from opening door to exiting. I commend Chris for his great customer service!
Derek was very helpful. Every time I come in the guys are always willing to explain new items and help out in any way. If I ever need something that's not stocked they always order it! Love Wild Bills
Chris is the most amazing person & has the best customer service that I’ve encountered in Wild Bills. His attitude is always pleasant and he’s always so helpful when making recommendations on products. He definitely deserves a raise! Kudos to Chris!
