Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up having to go there two days in a row, and he helped me both days. I was in and out with everything I needed because of his help. Excellent customer service.
Chris is the best! Knowledgeable on all the products . Hubby and I always trust his advice he has never steered us wrong! He got me to try some new stuff and now I’m hooked. We live near 3 locations but we always shop at Utica/Van dyke because of Chris. Thanks for being awesome
Awesome customer service and tons of products to choose from! Sanchez helped me today and was incredibly helpful, Informative, and patient with all of my questions. This place rocks!!!! Edit: This is my go-to vape shop. Chris and the crew are awesome, super helpful, & very friendly. They also have a ton of products available, so much tonchoose from! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Just left Wild Bill’s and, man, I gotta say it I’ve never had a bad experience there. Every time I walk in, the dudes working are mad knowledgeable, super helpful, and actually know their shit. No weird energy, no pressure, nothing, they just make you feel comfortable right away and get you exactly what you need. Real solid crew over there. If you’re thinking about going, do it. Always a good experience.
