The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products in their store. I have not once went in and not been acknowledged by one if not more employees. They are friendly, happy and truly seem to enjoy their jobs and make small talk with customers. I highly recommend Jennifer she is awesome to her customers and staff! The store is always clean, tidy, and organized!
My experience at Wild Bills tobacco store has always been pleasant. The moment you walk in, employees greet you with a smile. Any questions you have the employees take care of you throughout your visit. Prices are affordable especially for quality products. Great place to not only buy what you need, but have a cool experience.
I visit this store biweekly and I have to give a huge shout out to how positive my experience is when I go in there. I am always welcomed soon as I walk in the door with great customer service and happy smiling faces. They asked me as soon as I walk in the door if there is anything they can help me with. Jen is an absolute delight. I have always loved her energy, it's contagious! I have left the store in a good mood whenever dealing with her. She's very knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience at this location!
I have been frequenting this store since its original opening. Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted by employees who seem happy to be there and willing to help with whatever I need. The entire staff, including Jen, Mack, Jake and Logan are great to deal with. They are knowledgeable in all of their products, and have never let me down with a recommendation for a new flavor.
