Amazing shop! Huge selection! Love the staff! Spencer and Chelsea were a huge help, made me feel like family! I love these guys! They make my day everytime I’m here! Literally have never been in a better head shop! Everything about Bill’s is BEST!! I absolutely loveeeee this place! This place is amazingggggg!
Very very nice staff, I am an e-cigarette smoker so they have all the things that I would require to do that and I appreciate them for that as a former NYC resident it was very difficult to find but they are actually extremely nice they help me out with a liquid problem which I truly appreciate no stress no drama and I will be a return customer for a very long time
Cool place to get your smoking necessities, employees are very down to earth and honest with you about there products or if you need advice they'll help you out. Large selection of glass pieces, plenty of choices to pick from, employees dont rush you and give you time to make your decision on what products your buying. Love the cigar room, it's a great touch and looks very put together, they have a wide selection of cigars to choose from😁👍 10/10 would recommend checking out if you haven't
This place has saved me from dropping dirty twice. I don't remember the name of the product I bought but well worth it. Great customer service as well.
Chelsea was the sweetest and most helpful human I’ve encountered all week. She literally sat on the floor and took time to help me get exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more thankful for her.
