I want to edit and add to the review I posted recently the complaint is after what I am adding. The next next day the manager Rosie contacted me regarding the bad experience that I had with the 2 other employees the day before. Manager Rosie called me and was very polite and apologized for what happened. Rosie was able to correct the $7.00 difference and also added a vape that she paid out of her pocket, to make it right. Love the staff on Laskey. Most prices are very reasonable but I feel like they should have some more specials or bulk sale deals on vapes. Overall a great store though
Rosie helped me out yesterday, and made me want to continue returning to this location on Laskey in Toledo. A gentleman the day prior had given me the incorrect coil for my vape (most likely due to me giving him incorrect information as he is very knowledgeable and a pro at customer service just like Rosie) and when I returned to hopefully exchange it for the correct coil, Rosie was the shizzle.
