I stopped into the Whitehall store to pick up something for someone. I had no idea what I was looking for as I had never been in there before. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by James and was offered assistance. He was able to direct me right to what I was looking for and even some other great comparable products. I am writing this review because I believe Phoenix deserves recognition for providing outstanding service time and time again. Every time I visit this location and Phoenix is working, I learn something new. Whether that be a discount day coming up, a new product that just hit the shelves or something entirely different I have never heard of, they are always on the ball and incredibly informative.
