I am writing this review because I believe Phoenix deserves recognition for providing outstanding service time and time again. Every time I visit this location and Phoenix is working, I learn something new. Don’t recall the guy’s name that helped me, but he was very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. He was knowledgeable with the disposable vapes and helped me decide which one to go with. The system crashed during check out, but he was reassuring and we eventually got through
Staff’s always chill and helpful, even when you’re clearly making poor life choices. Nice to see a store that doesn’t judge—whether you’re buying a fine cigar or a kilo of kratom and pretending it’s an herbal supplement Not everyone finds rock bottom the same way, and Wild Bill’s makes sure the path is well-lit and fully stocked. With their amazing customer service and friendly staff it’s easy to see why 9/10 junkies prefer Wild Bills.
