I stopped into the Whitehall store to pick up something for someone. I had no idea what I was looking for as I had never been in there before. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by James and was offered assistance. He was able to direct me right to what I was looking for and even some other great comparable products. I am writing this review because I believe Phoenix deserves recognition for providing outstanding service time and time again. Every time I visit this location and Phoenix is working, I learn something new. Whether that be a discount day coming up, a new product that just hit the shelves or something entirely different I have never heard of, they are always on the ball and incredibly informative. Alyssa and the other ladies are absolutely terrific. They're well informed about products and take the time to answer any questions making sure you feel comfortable with your purchases. This is an amazing place.
Don’t recall the guy’s name that helped me, but he was very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. He was knowledgeable with the disposable vapes and helped me decide which one to go with. The system crashed during check out, but he was reassuring and we eventually got through
