I am writing this review because I believe Phoenix deserves recognition for providing outstanding service time and time again. Every time I visit this location and Phoenix is working, I learn something new. Out of all Wild Bill’s I’ve been to, Whitehall might have the most chill staff. Then again Phoenix helped me a while back finding a new vape and rig, despite how little sense I made trying to describe the rig she still understood!
Alyssa and the other ladies are absolutely terrific. They're well informed about products and take the time to answer any questions making sure you feel comfortable with your purchases. This is an amazing place.
Don’t recall the guy’s name that helped me, but he was very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. He was knowledgeable with the disposable vapes and helped me decide which one to go with. The system crashed during check out, but he was reassuring and we eventually got through
