I stopped into the Whitehall store to pick up something for someone. I had no idea what I was looking for as I had never been in there before. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by James and was offered assistance. He was able to direct me right to what I was looking for and even some other great comparable products. Honestly hand down one of the best experiences I have had in a while at a store like this. Phoenix was so polite and worked well with me for me not knowing exactly what I wanted to get. Amazing coustomer service.

I am writing this review because I believe Phoenix deserves recognition for providing outstanding service time and time again. Every time I visit this location and Phoenix is working, I learn something new.
