TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. My experience at this store and my continued loyalty to Wild Bills Tobacco shop is greatly influenced by the manager TJ whose customer service is something you'd expect from a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Makes shopping here extremely comfortable with the added value of having someone who knows their store and its products and is honest with expectations of the product. TJ is amazing and always has a welcome vibe every time I go in her store! She and her staff give amazing recommendations for vapes. 10/10 will definitely drop in again!!
Wild Bill’s in Byron Center, MI is my favorite vape shop for store experience, selection, prices, and most of all the STAFF! Rina, TJ, and Caleb are gems and always brighten my day. Thank you! *parking is also super easy and convenient, right off of M6 and Byron Center Ave
Have been coming to this store for years but stopped for awhile because of the one unbearable older heavy set lady who I believe doesn't work there anymore (thank God) the staff are incredibly nice and customer friendly. Specifically the three people working there today on Black Friday , they rock!
