Great service! I had help from Stacey (the manager - she seems to be the fun manager there.. keeping the environment comfortable and light), Rene & Genesis! All three were soo soo friendly and helpful! When I mentioned that I don’t venture out and that I tend to stick to the same products, they all chipped in and gave good suggestions that were in my flavor profile and budget. It's a great Shop with a wide variety of cigars. I'm a fan of the fuentes, but there's a few wild Bill brands that are great. I've been looking for one in particular and Stacy the store manager was willing and a great help with it! I recommend it!
Absolutely the best staff!! Friendly , courteous, respectful, knowledgeable with all their products. It’s a breath of fresh air stepping into this store. Hospitality is top notch! The store is always very neat and clean and smells joyful! Eli, Ice, Tim , and I’m sure I’m missing a few names AMAZING STAFF!! I’ve never had bad experiences! Good job with customer service! You guys rock! Always make my day better!
I came into Wild Bills today, and had the best experience! Tony and Ice had the best service compared to ANY Wild Bills I have been to. I love them both! Deserve a raise. , 💪
Stacey and Tone are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So friendly, and amazing staff. Will definitely be back for more geek bars!!!
