Well “TJ” a very experienced and extremely knowledgeable employee at this facility helped this new-by navigate his way through his first cigar purchase along with a nice cutter and lighter. She showed me the basic fundamentals of cigar edict, and how to store my new cigars. I will definitely bring my business and my friends business to this location agin and again. Thank you once again TJ you were awesome.
The manager at this store is always pleasant when I come in and greets you with a smile. She did a backflip after she sold me my vape once too.
I always go there and have no problem with the guys that are always there. But today I went in and that heavy set white woman didn’t even great us. She just looked at us walk in and didn’t say anything. When we were going to pay she asked for ID’s. I told her I forgot mine in the car and I can go get it right now. She immediately grab the things we were buying and said “noo I can’t sell them to you, have a good day” so we just decided to leave.
Wonderful staff súper friendly TJ is such a sweet worker and friendly face look forward to seeing them every time I come in!
Jared is the most helpful staff member! I drive extra to visit this store because of the customer service I receive from him! He plays the best music and I can’t thank him enough and admire his customer service skills and friendliness!! Thank you JARED!
