I've had several occasions (5 or 6) where the prices for the cigars were not what were marked on the shelves. I can see this being a 1 off "Oh someone must have put it in the wrong spot" but this happened all the time. And the workers at this location refuse to correct the situation because "we can't". Yesterday I pointed out the mistake and he had no clue to apologize and correct the mistake. I would give this place 10 stars if I could great people amazing atmosphere always willing to help. I go in there so often that my girlfriend can tell the employees who she’s buying for and they automatically know what to give her like. I said amazing people one of the best wild bills around
Jared is the most helpful staff member! I drive extra to visit this store because of the customer service I receive from him! He plays the best music and I can’t thank him enough and admire his customer service skills and friendliness!! Thank you JARED!
I LOVE this crew! I am always greeted with a smile, and they remember me every time I come in. They are very knowledgeable on anything one could be curious about. They are always efficient, as I never have to wait in a long line, even on Wednesdays! I love chatting with these guys and giving them feedback about the products I use from their store. Very well managed store. I've visited several locations over the years, and this one on byron center Ave is my favorite!
The best customer service i have ever had @ Wild Bill's and I've been to 10+ in the area. I'll be visiting the Byron Center location from here on out!!!!
