The manager at this store is always pleasant when I come in and greets you with a smile. She did a backflip after she sold me my vape once too.
I always go there and have no problem with the guys that are always there. But today I went in and that heavy set white woman didn’t even great us. She just looked at us walk in and didn’t say anything. When we were going to pay she asked for ID’s. I told her I forgot mine in the car and I can go get it right now. She immediately grab the things we were buying and said “noo I can’t sell them to you, have a good day” so we just decided to leave.
Jared is the most helpful staff member! I drive extra to visit this store because of the customer service I receive from him! He plays the best music and I can’t thank him enough and admire his customer service skills and friendliness!! Thank you JARED!
The best customer service i have ever had @ Wild Bill's and I've been to 10+ in the area. I'll be visiting the Byron Center location from here on out!!!!
I've had several occasions (5 or 6) where the prices for the cigars were not what were marked on the shelves. I can see this being a 1 off "Oh someone must have put it in the wrong spot" but this happened all the time. And the workers at this location refuse to correct the situation because "we can't". Yesterday I pointed out the mistake and he had no clue to apologize and correct the mistake.
