I go there for my cigarettes all the time. I'm not good with names, but I have been served by every staff member, & they always greet you as you walk in the door, & are all very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Each one of the employees is super friendly, & have great interaction with their customers. They really get to know their customers quickly, & are very helpful & informative. I've never had a bad experience.
If you buy a ooze mod from them, don't expect to get a replacement when it breaks within the first couple days even if you have the receipt, they will just tell you to kick rocks, better off going to napoleon or holland or hell even michigan. Would be great if they responded to emails as well
Jasmine at wild bills in wauseon was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door she was very cheerful and and just a happy person. The store was very clean and organized. I love going in because the cheer they have is contagious and puts a smile on my face. Thank you so much.
I often visit this location for personal reasons and as a courier delivering packages. I have to say that whenever I visit this location of Wild Bill's I am always greeted warmly by the employees and never made to feel rushed when making a purchase. On top of the warm, professional, and welcoming environment the employees have cultivated here, I would like to point out that both Starr and Autumn have been exemplary people to deal with, even going out of their way to assist me with issues with a device I was having. I come to this location 1-2 times a week and the staff is always extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to insure you have what you need.
