Jesse was super helpful from the moment we walked in, we were up there visiting family and getting ready to leave headed back home to Alabama. Jesse is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The store was super clean and stocked with all the essential items. We will definitely be stopping back by while we’re in town next time.

Walk into the humidor and they follow you in. The young manager insists that he's there to answer questions, but I'm sure it's to make sure that I don't steal anything. (I've worked in retail before.) I take exception to that and have stated my displeasure on previous visits, but he still does it. I am 63 and wonder what knowledge he can offer a person who has been smoking cigars since before he was born. Not a fan of this location, and I'll go back to ordering online from Famous Smoke.
