Very knowledgeable and friendly employees, store is always spotless and well organized. Can’t stress enough how great the employees are with helping find stuff and even with recommending similar items to what you want if they don’t carry it.
I originally posted a 1 star review due to some issues I had with a transaction but the distract manager & Emily were more than generous in fixing the issue. I think they are a great business & they care about each customer’s experiences.
Great store in Bad Axe. Always clean and organized. Emily is always professional..kind and courteous. Even when she's busy..shes still cool..calm and collected. Always a great pleasure to see and talk to her..she's very knowledgeable about the products. She's a great help in the executive cigar room. Because of her..I enjoy trying different types of cigars. Great store for the community. Thank you
My first time @ this store, mind you I wasn't in the best of moods. I also didn't know how to use Googlr Pay either. I walked into the store & right away a worker named Emily so happily greeted me. She taught me how to choose a Cigar, she was so professional and warm. She made me smile as she was so happy to help me, I felt touched. She also took thr time and tender patience to show me how to use my PayPal Credit balnce. She wasn't familiar with my phone and like magic she figured it out with me.
