Great store in Bad Axe. Always clean and organized. Emily is always professional..kind and courteous. Even when she's busy..shes still cool..calm and collected. Always a great pleasure to see and talk to her..she's very knowledgeable about the products. She's a great help in the executive cigar room. Because of her..I enjoy trying different types of cigars. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees, store is always spotless and well organized. Can’t stress enough how great the employees are with helping find stuff and even with recommending similar items to what you want if they don’t carry it.
My only complaint is that the 7-hydroxy is INSULTINGLY overpriced. The staff is helpful and friendly. Im always greeted with a smile upon entertaining which is refreshing in comparison to other hesdshops/smokeshops. The selection of vape juice is plentiful, the cigars are fresh and kept at a great humidity level. The deals for most items are generally good. I originally posted a 1 star review due to some issues I had with a transaction but the distract manager & Emily were more than generous in fixing the issue. I think they are a great business & they care about each customer’s experiences.
Everytime I go into this store I get excellent customer service Brittnee does a excellent job.. if I go in and they don’t have a product I want Brittnee will recommend something similar to what I am looking for and never disappointed
