I just wanted to leave a review about Becca! She's usually the clerk that helps me when I come in :) she's always incredibly courteous, kind, conversational and well informed on the products in your shop! This is my favorite location to go to in the Toledo area, and a lot of that has to do with all of your wonderful staff. Thank you!
We make to drive to the Monroe St store whenever my husband and I need to stock up. Beth and Emily have recommended some new flavors and because of that we will keep returning. They are fantastic employees and deserve a pat on the back!!!!!!!!
I had an amazing experience at Wild Bill's Tobacco! Thomas was incredibly attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to show me different products, explain everything in great detail, and walk me through the deals they had going on — including how long the sale would last. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, which you don't always find these days. Because of Thomas’s outstanding service, I will definitely be returning to this location. Highly recommend!
Wild Bill's on Monroe St. Is my go-to place for our Vapes. I was in there yesterday and Tom and Keyshaun were working. They were so helpful and actually I left with more merchandise then I came there for! They were great which made my experience great!
Great service and selection, with an energy to the environment that makes you feel like you're family. Reasonable to good prices and helpful staffing. First shop I think of if I need something.
