This is truly the best tobacco shop. I went in there to buy Cigars for my husband. The owner Rob is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The shop has a great selection and it’s spotless. My husband was very happy with his cigars. I will definitely be going back there and highly recommend the shop.

I am a fan of most wild Bill locations, but the Berkeley location is by far the best! Awesome staff, always extra helpful! All of the employees are professional and helpful. Mike and Mina are the people I see the most and they absolutely Rock! They have taken the time to get to know me, they make me feel like we are buddies and they make me feel like they enjoy seeing me! Rob is the main manager and I believe that his good leadership and his professionalism has inspired his team! Love this place!
I was there the other day as I needed a new vape as I was browsing the manager Mike I think his name was was being very rude and inappropriate to some of the other females working there as I noticed them feeling very uncomfortable. As I was looking at the flavors I had overheard him making comments and looking at another female Customer in a very uncomfortable way .
