I am a fan of most wild Bill locations, but the Berkeley location is by far the best! Awesome staff, always extra helpful! All of the employees are professional and helpful. Mike and Mina are the people I see the most and they absolutely Rock! They have taken the time to get to know me, they make me feel like we are buddies and they make me feel like they enjoy seeing me! Rob is the main manager and I believe that his good leadership and his professionalism has inspired his team! Love this place!

Mina Was super helpful! Allow me to elaborate a bit, I had walked in looking for a specific piece for my bong. unfortunately the specific cant be replaced. but thanks to Mina and her unyielding diligence I found an alternate product that saved me a ton! Not only did I come in looking for something else I walked out happy with an upgrade that was also functionally a lot better then my original! This place has and will continue to be my go to store for all things tobacco / vape / kratom / cigar / etc. Amazing staff who are always very helpful and extremely kind. They also know their stuff, in case you need pointers/tips. A great atmosphere, the store is always very clean and smells great. This place is the real deal! Not to mention the deals that this location has are unbeatable.
