Excellent experience at Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Clio! Stephanie and Keith went above and beyond to help me track down a hard-to-find cigar, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for great service and a solid selection.
Best shop I have been to, Ever! Stephanie is so hopeful and greets you immediately and takes the time to remember you by name. She is wonderful. I even convinced the rest of my family to drop their shop and only go there. The minute they did totally agreed she is the best.
Jazzy was a great help today, she stopped what she was doing immediately to assist me. I always get great service from everyone when I go to the Center rd. location. My normal wild bills is on State Street in Davison and I love that one and all the people there as well but when they run out of what I need I go between both stores. Never have a bad experience at either one. Thank you for all your hard work!
The staff at the Clio location is amazing! I dont go in too often, but when I do some remember what I get each time! Unfortunately, I didn't catch everyone's names, but thank you Keith and all staff for being awesome!
Every time I go into Wild Bills the employees are always so friendly and helpful, especially Keith. He is patient, and willing to explain products. I will always recommend.
