Excellent experience at Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Clio! Stephanie and Keith went above and beyond to help me track down a hard-to-find cigar, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for great service and a solid selection.
We have been into this location 3-4 times now, every one being a good experience. Each time we have went looking for CBD products, specifically flower/pre-rolls since it is hard to find it seems like. Everything we have bought has been great. Today, the manager, Stephanie went out of her way to explain products and offer new items. We probably had her open the cabinet 10 times lol. She was awesome though and extremely helpful. We will absolutely be back!
The staff at the Clio location is amazing! I dont go in too often, but when I do some remember what I get each time! Unfortunately, I didn't catch everyone's names, but thank you Keith and all staff for being awesome!
Every time I go into Wild Bills the employees are always so friendly and helpful, especially Keith. He is patient, and willing to explain products. I will always recommend.
Best shop I have been to, Ever! Stephanie is so hopeful and greets you immediately and takes the time to remember you by name. She is wonderful. I even convinced the rest of my family to drop their shop and only go there. The minute they did totally agreed she is the best.
