This Wild Bills location is very busy. But even in its busiest moments, they take great pride in customer service. Christian really knows cigars and was able to point me to a few choices that were new to me but were amazing. His knowledge in cigars and understanding my palate has provided me with a few new favorites to my collection. Store is well kept up and organized. Highly recommend.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to make recommendations without any pressure. They take the time to explain options, which is especially helpful when you want something quality but approachable. Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. This has become my go-to spot when I need something special and well-curated.
Great selection of products and great service. I was helped by a younger gentleman named Dylan. He provided some really solid suggestions and I’m satisfied! Hope he is there next time.

The staff who work here are so friendly, knowledgeable and have amazing interpersonal/communication skills. The Glass Art is always cute here [as shown in photos] and they have a wide enough selection to choose from but not wide enough to get overwhelmed. They offer cute mystery grab bags for all different kinds of smoke enjoyment, i.e. 'consentrates', 'flower' and 'vape' ones as well. I'm not totally sure on the names but they're on the top of the cases.
