This Wild Bills location is very busy. But even in its busiest moments, they take great pride in customer service. Christian really knows cigars and was able to point me to a few choices that were new to me but were amazing. His knowledge in cigars and understanding my palate has provided me with a few new favorites to my collection. Store is well kept up and organized. Highly recommend.
Great selection of products and great service. I was helped by a younger gentleman named Dylan. He provided some really solid suggestions and I’m satisfied! Hope he is there next time.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to make recommendations without any pressure. They take the time to explain options, which is especially helpful when you want something quality but approachable. Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. This has become my go-to spot when I need something special and well-curated.
Danielle and Dillon were just fantastic with me last week when I came crashing through the door with 30 seconds before they closed. They were professional and patient answer my questions with no pressure and they just kept a smile on their face and we're genuinely friendly and accommodating.
