I've been coming to this establishment for several years. The staff is always courteous and prompt and they have a wide selection of items at a fair price. If highly recommend this business to anyone.
Fantastic Wild Bills! I’ve been to others across the state and none compare to the moral and customer service I receive everytime I walk through the doors in Hastings. Very well organized, easy to find things, and knowledgeable staff. Monday evening I was greeted cheerfully by Beth and cashed out by Dominic. I got one of the disposable vapes from there, the associate Beth told me that there had been issues recently with that vape and that if it didn't work to bring it back (with the box) and they would do an exchange. I found out a short time later I had 1 working and 1 defective vape. I returned to the store and Beth was still there, and she made the exchange with no issues. I like the knowledgeable and friendly staff there.
Overall experience was amazing staff was very helpful. Lots of products in stock . They helped me find what I need. Always enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the great work!
Dom and the other gentleman shared there knowledge about vapes, we purchased a faulty one, no problem, we picked out another at there recommendation, works great for the wife. Honest ,always in good spirits and helpful, highly recommend.
