First time visit and purchase. Outstanding service representative (Dom), and well maintained store. Clean, bright, big variety, great prices and great sales knowledge of products. Will definitely return for my next purchase.
I visited the Hastings store and was met with polite and helpful staff. The manager Dominic was super knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer my questions with patience. He makes the store feel like a mom and pops caring about the people.
I've been purchasing cigars from this store for over a year now, 20 at a time every couple weeks. I have never had an issue with any of the products I've purchased. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, however, since Dom has started managing the store, the level of knowledge and professionalism across the board has increased. I look forward to the days I get to replenish my humidor and the recommendations I receive from the staff.
