Fantastic Wild Bills! I’ve been to others across the state and none compare to the moral and customer service I receive everytime I walk through the doors in Hastings. Very well organized, easy to find things, and knowledgeable staff. Monday evening I was greeted cheerfully by Beth and cashed out by Dominic. Super awesome place! They allowed me to swap out a vape I bought the day after I bought it because it didn’t taste right and I didn’t think that was possible, but I am incredibly grateful that they let me. Definitely plan on continuing to buy from here!
I’m always excited to see Sara working when I come into the store. We always have great conversations and she is very knowledgeable of the products in the store. Always fantastic service from the whole crew at the Hastings, MI location. They go above abd beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Dom is a great manager, and his boss Adam is so very helpful as well. I was in today and Adam was able to help me with a coupon that I had.
Great selection of Cigars, very clean store and humidor. Amber was very helpful in letting me know about the selection and specials.ill definitely be back, and recommend this store!
