Stopped by to purchase some of my favorite cigars, I couldn't find them so I asked Kyla if they have them in stock, she went into the humidor and knew exactly where they were. Great place and fantastic employees!!!
Don't buy anything glass. West-Branch won't stand behind garbage they sell. Spend 40 dollars on nectar collector used once and the glue holding the metal to the glass fell off. Just wanted a exchange because it is a badass piece. The low ball manager won't not come out and talk. Hid in the back room. I'll never be back in. Any wild bills tobacco shop. Every time I walk into the store im greeted by smiling faces, Anna as always, has wonderful customer service. She always helps with anything I need. The store always looks great too, very clean and well stocked. I will always keep coming back here and any chance I get I recommend people to go there. Thanks for being awesome Anna!

I work across the street so I come to wild bills often. I always look for Priscilla when I come in because she’s awesome. If they don’t have what I need in stock she will make sure it gets order! Great customer service with great prices.
