Stopped by to purchase some of my favorite cigars, I couldn't find them so I asked Kyla if they have them in stock, she went into the humidor and knew exactly where they were. Great place and fantastic employees!!!

Every time I walk into the store im greeted by smiling faces, Anna as always, has wonderful customer service. She always helps with anything I need. The store always looks great too, very clean and well stocked. I will always keep coming back here and any chance I get I recommend people to go there. Thanks for being awesome Anna!

Stopped into Wild Bill's in West Branch and had an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products—from cigars and vapes to accessories. Prices were fair, and they even had some good deals going on. Definitely my go-to shop whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Great employees working there knowledgeable and polite go there for all my vaping needs among many other things. They have good deal programs you make an account with them and eventually you start building credit get deals with the store each purchase.
