great place friendly and knowledgeable staff! all the things you expect in a smoke shop plus more! I don’t use tobacco except the occasional cigar .. if you like the occasional cigar try ACID cigars.. really nice! vape accessories and whip cream carts.. and a walk in humidor
The staff here was super friendly, most of the wild bills I got to don't even look you in the eye much less recommend or help with suggestions. The prices here are actually better than many other stores in the area. The two ladies that helped us were cordial and very welcoming on top of helpful and even went out of their way to remind us of the exchange policy and it felt like we were talking to friends. Overall a very pleasant experience, I would gladly go out of my way to shop here again for my vapes.
I go into Wild Bill's for cigars a few times a week. I don't feel like that is enough visits to be a regular, but the staff there are always so nice and friendly, I do feel like one. They are always sure to tell me about any sales that are going on, or to pass me matches (cigar). Great shop.
Rockford is hands down the most warm and welcoming store. Jam packed with very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Aiden, Maddie and Nicol are the absolute best. Extremely friendly and always eager to help everyone who walks into the door. Very clean store with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe.
Nicol is amazing, she knows all about tobacco! And Maddie knows so much about disposables! This store is an awesome place to go for anything you might need! We'll be coming back for sure, the atmosphere is incredible!
