Would have given a 5 star review but the staff there just seems to not like the job of selling glass and vapes. Corporate office was super polite. Handled my issue with respect and manners. Clearly seen in the video the piece did not fit correctly. Fixed the issue no problem. Even put a little more into a better slerper. Thank you Sami and higher management of Wild Bills. Nancy has always been such a gem to work with when I don't know what vape to get. Her customer service is top notch and is always very knowledgeable. I always look forward to seeing her when I come in!
This store is great! Awesome selection, knowledgeable team and they’re incredible friendly to boot! Jenny the asst. manager is awesome!!!!! As is the manager, Nancy and Katherine went above and beyond to take care of me. This is THE place to find vapes in SW Michigan. No one else compares! I also picked up a carton of Winston’s for LESS that’s what I paid in Michigan City, IN! Great prices, great staff, and great service!!

Nancy the manager sat and told me a paying customer for over 2 years that I cannot ask an employee a question about a sale that was going on because it didn’t ring up right (not my fault) and that I specifically needed to go to her because “that is her store and how she runs it” when I stated I’m allowed to ask anybody a question she got hostile and said she didn’t get paid enough to deal with me a paying customer.
