Cigs are way overpriced and company policy does not favor the customerat all. I smoke Lucky Strike Activate(like Camel Crush). I normally buy them at Murphy and get 2 packs for just over $14. They were out recently so I went to Wild Bills. They had them but even after using a $1.50 digital coupon, it was still $16.75 for 2 packs. On top of that I could tell that the packs they had were older so after purchasing them I asked if I could return them if I opened them and they were stale. I stop here at least once a week. The staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable about the products they're selling. Their prices are about the same maybe a little cheaper than everyone else around but they have a brand of their own that is dramatically cheaper. My husband smoked Marlboro lights he now smokes wild horse golds (they're almost half the price of Marlboro lights).
Out of this world customer service, the staff went above and beyond and even caught me with a 10 dollar blind bag! I got atleast $30 dollar worth of goodies out of it and hsd a great time opening it in the store with the staff. Will absolutely come back, keep up the great work!
Stopped in Saturday and was greeted by great customer service very friendly environment. The staff member Tracy was very helpful with my complicated questions. Will definitely be back to have this staff wait on me.
