Amazing staff. Amazing store. They have everything, And a hudge walk in cigar humidor. They are always friendly and remember you. And will order you anything if they don't have it. Thank you
The staff here is friendly, professional, and hard working. I stop by on many evenings after work and the employees are always in a great mood, stopping what they are doing to make sure my experience is first rate.
Called them this morning about tropix because they stopped stocking them in Kalamazoo and he said he had four and was going to have them for me. So I drove hour to get here just for them to have not set it aside like he said and sold them before I got there. Wild bills is the WORST company I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping at. Absolute bullshit
Nancy was incredibly helpful and kind!! She was knowledgeable about the products she was selling and recommending and I voiced some frustrations about other vape shops ive been to and she was so sweet that she made me forget about those experiences! Great store and a great employee!!
Jenny had amazing customer service!! She was very nice and knowledgeable about all the deals. Also last week I admit I had a bad experience but the district manager reached out to me and made everything right. He went above and beyond for me and I want you guys to know that I really really appreciate everything ❤️ I definitely will be back!! Thank you so much!!
