I absolutely love this place! The people that work there are amazing, they always great you when walking in and are very helpful! Brittany has my rewards number memorized I'm in there so much lol!!! Love these guys! This is one of my reasons to go there.
Great store great customer service. Michael Brittany and Johnny are always pleasant to deal with. You truly feel like they care about your business. Customer service is getting hard to find these days. But not here they truly are my Wild Bills Homies!!!
absolutely wonderful service. it was my first time there today. there is a larg selection of cigars that I thought was quite impressive. I can't remember the name of the gentleman tat helped me but he was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining all the deals and all the selections there were and were everything was at. I am looking forward to going back. would also love if wild bills looked into making a lounge to enjoy all the fine cigars they sell!
I had a large list of cigars I wanted to purchase, and Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful, completing my list. I will definitely be back.
I’ve been to a handful of wild bills in my life but have never had a store with as great of service as this one! All of their workers are super friendly and don’t shy away for even a second when it comes to helping you find exactly what it is you’re looking for. Brittany especially. If you see her at the register whenever you are there, just know you’re going to be walking out with a bag full of goodies and a big ole smile on your face! Piqua’s Wild Bills never disappoints and I’m beyond thankful for that!😊
