Lili was very polite. She was super helpful and attentive. Helped me find a new cigar that is amazing. They have the best selection of Drew Estate cigars around. Nice clean environment and good prices 10/10 experience. I found my store.
I come in so often and it's always a good experience. Lilli is always so nice and welling to explain things for me. OTHER places act like I should not come in unless I know wat I want.
It’s always a really good experience coming into any wild bills but Chloe made things personal and joked with us through out our visit. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. ❤️
The selection was outstanding, and the staff were beyond amazing. I think the staff I was assisted by was Jeremy and Ana, they were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me narrow down which vape flavor I would most enjoy. I will definitely come to this location more often.
The store manager, Lili, is very friendly. She is kind and as a whole the staff in the store is knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I had a regular shop I’d use. However, prices increased, while inventory decreased. Plus, the staff was constantly changing…I went to Wild Bill’s and it is like night and day compared to my other shop. I recommend if you’re in need of vapes, tobacco or any thing of the kind, hit up Wild Bill’s in Defiance.
