I come in so often and it's always a good experience. Lilli is always so nice and welling to explain things for me. OTHER places act like I should not come in unless I know wat I want.
Lili is so knowledgeable and always seems to go to the furthest extent to ensure customer satisfaction, she is a model employee when it comes to following company guidelines and creating a great environment for consumers to experience, she knows her products and is able to swiftly resolve any issues that I have Encountered with products, which have been extremely few and far between, I only ever shop at wild bills, it’s somewhere you can trust.
Jeremy is a rock star! I can be very picky on vape flavors so when I find one I like, I stick with it. Unfortunately my favorite flavor got discontinued so I had to find a replacement. He was so kind and patient with me. He recommended a blue raspberry flavor and it’s even better than my discontinued one. Thank you Jeremy!!
The store manager, Lili, is very friendly. She is kind and as a whole the staff in the store is knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I had a regular shop I’d use. However, prices increased, while inventory decreased. Plus, the staff was constantly changing…I went to Wild Bill’s and it is like night and day compared to my other shop. I recommend if you’re in need of vapes, tobacco or any thing of the kind, hit up Wild Bill’s in Defiance.
Had a wonderful experience, was greeted joyfully by staff. Was able to seamlessly update my information for my account (still wish it was an app) but the employees ( Ana and Jeremy) were very helpful and knowledgeable.
