I come in so often and it's always a good experience. Lilli is always so nice and welling to explain things for me. OTHER places act like I should not come in unless I know wat I want.
Jeremy is a rock star! I can be very picky on vape flavors so when I find one I like, I stick with it. Unfortunately my favorite flavor got discontinued so I had to find a replacement. He was so kind and patient with me. He recommended a blue raspberry flavor and it’s even better than my discontinued one. Thank you Jeremy!!
An avid cigar aficionado, I frequently stop at Wild Bill's Tobacco in Defiance, Ohio. The staff there is always friendly and the cigars always fresh. Chloe at the counter was great today. The manager, Lili, makes great cigar recommendations.
I usually stop in for cigars and grabbed some new ones this week. The manager Lili has cigar recommendations and this week I tried some Under crowns. She always helps me find new cigars to try and the humidor is always clean and well stocked. Great shop 👍🏿
Every time I stop at this Wild Bills, Lili always greets me with a smile, exceptional customer service and her store is always immaculate! Definitely suggest this Wild Bills for all of your smoking needs in Defiance. I also found out they were locally owned and that matters to me!
