The staff were genuinely very kind and courteous. However I've had to return a pen 3 separate times in a row now, literally every pen I have tried from them has broken within 3 days. The battery simply died on the first one, the second wouldn't hit unless at full charge and while charging, and the charging port on the third now only works when held in very specific angles. This is incredibly frustrating and frankly nearly unacceptable to be selling consistently faulty hardware.

I had a medical issue at work earlier today and my family member picked me up afterward. We stopped by the shop after work to buy a vape. While waiting in line, I noticed the person ahead of me was checked out without being asked for ID. When it was my turn, the cashier (Lilianna) asked for mine, and I realized I had left it at home. I completely understand that checking IDs is policy, but my family member, who’s in their 50s and had valid ID was also refused service.
