Wild Bill’s of Manistee, MI is clean, nicely laid out (a lot better than some others I’ve seen across the state), and the staff member Cianna Rodger was friendly, helpful, and performed all her job tasks efficiently. A little shocked at the price of this little vape (it used to be $5-7 cheaper less than a year ago), but I cannot expect that this was anyone in the store’s choosing (they don’t make the prices, of course, and I suspect it’s a tariffs related issue, since Breeze is manufactured in China). Absolutely love all the employees here. They've all been so nice and helpful and deserve raises! I've gone to other shops and never gone back before because of the way they treated me but these employees here go above and beyond to make sure I keep coming back 🤗 love them
Great customer service, the whole store is clean, & has an amazing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, charming & super funny, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone, great job to the staff running this store!
Kilie is always super helpful!!! Even with all of the shortages she is always trying to help people find something to replace the favorites. And I will add exceptional customer service from her as well
