Poor customer service here. My 21 year old nephew I was with, didn’t receive his replacement state ID card in the mail yet but he has a clear photo of his old ID on his cell phone (which the previous card wasn’t even expired btw) and showed it to the cashier! I had my drivers license ready to hand to her when she canceled the whole transaction and wouldn’t let me try to purchase anything because my Nephew didn’t have his original ID card. I tried to give them a benefit of a doubt but this has happened two other times!!!!
Sarah and Kylie are great!! They’re always so helpful and friendly!! Definitely recommend them for all your smoking and vaping needs. Plus they have a bunch of other cool stuff too!!
I highly recommend this place!! The ladies that work here are so sweet and helpful. They know what I need without me even telling them because I go there so much! Very decent prices, fantastic service!☺️☺️
One stop made me instantly love this wild bills In manistee, they gave me a nice welcome as I walked in, and I was met with a beautiful, neat shop that was spotless. The employees are nice, welcoming, and helped me with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back. 5/5 stars
Make sure whatever you buy gos with new product such as vap pens. Or not you'll waist money cause they train their employees improperly and make it feel like its your fault when they sell you wrong product and are very very rude about it. Just watch yourself and make them prove they are selling you right product.
