Wild Bill's store and products is a 5 star business. However the pathetic store manager's knowledge of his products and customer support is horrible. Poor communication, poor attitude and he doesn't honor the Wild Bill's reputation. My experience with the other store workers have been absolutely exceptional. Wild Bills rate a 5 star, Store Manager at London Ohio store is a falling 1 star.
