Excellent selection, very clean and organized store. Jade spent a lot of time helping me choose the perfect box of cigars for my brother’s wedding present. Thankful for the help, as I was out of my depth. She was very knowledgeable about cigar varieties and selecting the best for my needs.
Awesome service at Wild Bill’s. I called ahead to check if they had the pods I needed and they were in stock when I arrived. Phoenix and Cody were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to chat with me and were just genuinely nice people. It is rare to run into such genuinely kind staff. Really appreciated the experience. Excellent customer service all around. I will definitely be back.
I Never go to this wild bills but never will again. Everyone knows about 7oh and the ban but one coworker felt the need to re remind me and make it known they won't be re supplying in a dickish way almost like I was bieng judged for buying it. Will stick to the one on byron center like I shouldve that day.
Great experience with all the staff, pleasant atmosphere and rena helps with any questions ask.
