Oh my, Goodness. I needed help finding my Dad's favorite cigar he past last year and my brother and I wanted to smoke one in his memory. I had a picture and this worker named Paige was so friendly and helped me find it. Thank you so much Wild Bills and thank you Paige.
Came in the store today April 11th, nothing but good things to say about the 2 working there. Went in to buy a new style cigar and they said they no very little about it but still helped me by looking stuff up and guiding me. Now I'm on my back porch smoking one of the best cigars I've had in year. Thank you again. Alex
My fiancé and I stopped in for the first time today! Kayla helped us!! She was SO KIND!! Also super, super knowledgeable on all the products! I would highly recommend this store to others in the Salem area!!
They have always been really good to me even when they were called cheap tobacco. I get a lot more benefits now that it’s wild bills, but the people have remain consistently kind and courteous. They are always saying hello and goodbye and thank you and it’s good to have customer care representatives who remember you
