Everyone at the Logan, Ohio store is always very pleasant. They’re friendly and try to find exactly what I’m looking for. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about everything Wild Bill’s offers. If you’re in the area needing tobacco, it’s a definite “must stop at” place.
Unfortunately, the two boxes of cigars that I bought rung up more expensive than the price shown on the box so I had to have the cashier put the correct price in, then I forgot to give my phone number for my rewards. Apparently they can’t put it out after the fact even if I am still at the counter. No rewards for over $300 worth of cigars that I bought.
The store is always clean and nice looking. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love this store.
