I stopped here today looking to get a new falcon that I originally bought from a Wild Bill's in a different area. I ended up buying a mystery $20 grab bag and there was a falcon in it!!!! Great customer service and the grab bags are worth it!!!! It's a nice surprise!!!!
Lisa, Jesse and Deidra are a wonderful part of the Wild Bills experience. They are very helpful in finding what vape flavors I would like and they always have a smile on their face and make the store a welcoming atmosphere. I only come to this store and drive 45 minutes just to buy from them. Great management and employees really make a difference. Thank you!!
Bought a powermate mini tobacco injector was told by the sales clerk that it's battery operated got it home took it out the plastic it's not battery operated and the tobacco chambers too small for my fingers to pack it in there call them they told me you got to call the manufacturer fine fair enough call them all their numbers have been disconnected except one that goes to a voicemail that says it's full email them they told me that they are only repair warranty that there's no customer service or refund department okay call... read more
Absolutely love this place! If you can smoke it, they have it! Very reasonably priced! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! Lisa is the best! Her personality, knowledge & that little extra thing you need to connect with a customer... she's got it! Highly recommend you check them out, you won't be disappointed!
This was a 5 Star business until they chose to hire an insecure and incompetent employee. He doesn't have a clue about vaping unless you buy disposable units. I buy coils and tanks. That day I needed coils for a tank I purchased there a couple weeks earlier. He got irritated because he couldn't find them to the point he threatened to remove me from the store! Unbelievable!
