So, I’ll start by saying Ive been coming here for years… even before it was wild bills tobacco. Staff is always friendly and did have great prices before the switch but a lot of selection for vape/ tobacco products nonetheless. However.. If you’re coming here because you were told they sold dumplings, they do! But not authentic ones. They do NOT have the RSM logo on the bottom of the packaging. This place is amazing, great variety, helpful and kind workers, and they have a drive through if you're disabled and cant come in. Prices are good too.
I stopped here today looking to get a new falcon that I originally bought from a Wild Bill's in a different area. I ended up buying a mystery $20 grab bag and there was a falcon in it!!!! Great customer service and the grab bags are worth it!!!! It's a nice surprise!!!!
This was a 5 Star business until they chose to hire an insecure and incompetent employee. He doesn't have a clue about vaping unless you buy disposable units. I buy coils and tanks. That day I needed coils for a tank I purchased there a couple weeks earlier. He got irritated because he couldn't find them to the point he threatened to remove me from the store! Unbelievable! Lisa is the best person there. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and always treats all the customers so good. We love going there because of her. We appreciate everything that Lisa does! She’s the hardest working person I know. If you go to Wild Bills ask for Lisa, she’s a wonderful person!
