First time in their store and I'd have to say that the staff was amazing. Very helpful and informative. Were eager to help and answer any question I had. Id definitely go back and check out more products. They have some really nice things. Check them out. Also reasonable pricing.
The staff is always super friendly and they have a great selection of products. Today I purchased an item and didn't notice a crack until I was in different lighting and they let me exchange it! I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but with glass stuff it definitely is! Even before today I've never had an issue. This was just the icing on the cake. Whoever is in charge of the East Liverpool employees is doing a wonderful job. Thanks again!
The selection is one of the biggest seen yet, and the employees there are super amazing. I used to be an infrequent customer but will now be going whenever I need something. Nevada L is one of the nicest women too, easy to converse with and she knows her stuff. Great place! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my vapes!
Great staff, friendly and clean shop. Cheyenne has always been informed about all the products and quick and accurate during checkout and kind! The products are fairly priced and they have a wide selection of vape and kratom products
I love coming into this particular store (Wild Bills Tabacco Calcutta , OH) because of the ladies that work there!! They are fantastic and I always find myself laughing walking out of the store. Sarah try’s her best to keep our products in stock. She goes above and beyond to help us find what we want or need. You guys rock!!! Keep up the great customer service!!! Love this place!!
