I went to the store not quite sure what I was after. Tonya was extremely helpful and patient and was knowledgeable about multiple products. I left with a couple nice cigars from the awesome humidor and a positive overall experience. I highly recommend.
Just stopped in on my way out of town and was amazed at how organized and well kept the store is. Tonya greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me right away. Will definitely try to return!
Popped in to see if they have one of my rare indulgences in stock. The lovely worker (Sam!) said they currently did not, but would add it to their order. Showed me some other product suggestions. She really knew her stuff! Can't wait to come back in and see the new variety of options.
Just went to buy tobacco and prerolls. Stood there waiting by case for nearly 15 minutes. The man waited on every other customer in the store despite being there first. He then just disappears and goes in the back. He stands and carries on conversations about nonsense while ignoring others. They lost a good customer
