This is the best of all of the Wild Bill's locations, and that is entirely because the manager Chris is the best employee that this company has. Not only does she keep a clean, organized location, she is beyond helpful and makes customer service the first priority. This 5 star rating is a 5 star rating for Chris.
Probably the best tobacco shoppe I've been to here. The manager Chris is a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable with their products, especially the cigars. Mack was also helpful in sourcing what I needed around the store and he had a wonderfully sunny disposition
I stopped in today and had a pleasant checkout experience with Chris she was kind and cheerful even though the line was long she kept her cool and help each customer with a smile and used great customer service skills ill definitely be back for the great selection of products and low prices
Sarah and Emily are the sweetest young ladies and have awesome customer service skills, they're both very knowledgeable about the products in their store and super friendly. I had to make sure I dropped them a good review because they def deserve it 🙂
Went to wild bills for a vape, lots of new brands and flavors, and some random odds and ends. Mack took his time helping me pick something new out and ran around the store with me for the rest. The other associate was also throwing out suggestions, I think her name was Katy or Kaitlin, very personable. The environment was calm, friendly, and helpful.
