This is a great place! I lived the workers before, management was o okay i guess. But now, the new manager Paul, is awesome! Extremely kind, acts as if he's known you guys entire life! The other workers seem nice and pretty informative. It stinks they are getting bought out, bc cheap Tobacco has always been n the best, especially in prices. I got 2 huge glass pipes and a new vape under $10 for all of it!
This store has always had what I needed and with great service. The manager is nice, helpful and engaging. A very nice change of pace from almost any other establishment in town.
As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted by tyler as he was helping a customer & Paul the store manager quickly came out to help me pick a product out! They were both so awesome & definitely created a long lasting customer 🫶🏼
I love the new Wild Bill's tobacco shop (Formerly Cheap Tobacco). Paul takes really great care of me and has great customer service. He actually takes the time to connect with me and put me onto the latest deals. The new loyalty rewards program is definitely better than the old one. I'll be bringing my business here every time. Thanks, Paul! :-)
EDIT: More great experiences at this store, some of the best selection and prices around. But it's the truly excellent employees like Paul that keep me coming back. Stop in sometime if you haven't already been there. EDIT: Ayo shout out to my boys Bub and Paul too who manage to hook it up anyway even when I get there three minutes before close (don't do this).
