Excellent communication. The house is beautiful and very quiet, excellent for relaxing and enjoy time with family.
Great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean and updated cottage. The owners have thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. Quiet street and plenty of parking.
We were clueless on how to use our vacation home for short-term rentals. Wilkuma, and Lucas in particular, took us through all the steps and met us at the property to give advice and make recommendations. It’s now been 2 months of active rentals and we’re thrilled with the results. They manage all the details making it an easy, hands-off endeavor for us.
Everything was wonderful! Amazing location and very cute and clean cottage. Made for a very memorable holiday weekend!
I highly recommend Wilkuma - they've been extremely communicative and they're super knowledgeable on how to get the most out of an investment property
