Excellent communication. The house is beautiful and very quiet, excellent for relaxing and enjoy time with family.
We were clueless on how to use our vacation home for short-term rentals. Wilkuma, and Lucas in particular, took us through all the steps and met us at the property to give advice and make recommendations. It’s now been 2 months of active rentals and we’re thrilled with the results. They manage all the details making it an easy, hands-off endeavor for us.
