On May 28, 2026, I was having problems with my bridge. I was cared for by William Cole. I was having a lot of pain. My problem was solved in a few minutes. Today I’m feeling so much better. Dr. Cole was extremely professional, kind and understanding to all my needs and what needed to be done. In any healthcare setting the provided quality care is priority. Dr. Cole gave superb quality care to me. I also understood how busy Dr.Cole is and will be, so i was not about to waste his time with things that wouldn't meet my needs and what needed to be taken care of, nor was I going to waste precious time for the provided quality care he gives to his other patients. I had to make an emergency dental appointment 6/26 at noon and the staff actually got me in earlier. Dr Cole and his staff are amazing. They explained all of my options dental and financially and I was not pressured at all. The staff is personable and thoughtful. Dr Cole is an amazing dentist and I have already spoken with my grandson using the practice. Thank you so much!
I had a dentist appointment today for deep cleaning i was in pain when i got there but before going on with the deep cleaning Both Monica and Dr Cole wanted to make sure my gum was numb very good and ask if the pain was gone and of course it was i was in pain due to some dental work that has to be done with Dr Cole.after this procedure I was very happy with the outcome of my procedure today 06/12/26 thanks Dr Cole /Monica and the rest of the Staff
