The booking is fine. William Franklin Cromwell is excellent. Your company, on the other hand, is not so great!!! I would appreciate the refund of the $100.00 you charged me for not notifying you about my being sick 24-48 hours prior to my being sick. Yes, I called the morning of my appointment. You do realize that if someone had that special ability to predict that, it would raise more questions! If I do not see that refund within 24 more hours, I will no longer need your services. I’m just a new your practice. When I started with Dr. Cromwell, he made feel relax and easy to talk to. The text messages to inform me of my appointment time so I can get ready to sign into the meeting.

William is an excellent therapist. I can be hard sometimes, but he never quicks. Listens and remembers well. I am glad I found him.
